Tmall Hey Box (2024)
My team and I were commissioned by a studio under Tmall to develop a Mother’s Day special project—a short film combining live-action footage with 2D animation. I contributed to the project as the concept and character designer for the second act, handled storyboard revisions, and worked on frame-by-frame animation coloring.
This project was both demanding and rewarding, as it required seamless collaboration, stylistic consistency, and delivering high-quality results under a tight deadline. It provided me with valuable experience in integrating illustration with motion design within a large-scale commercial production.
